Hunter Boone

Hunter advises clients on international trade, general corporate and healthcare compliance matters. Hunter’s international practice focuses on compliance with U.S. international trade and anticorruption laws and regulations. Hunter has experience drafting and implementing export and anticorruption compliance policies based on each client’s specific legal and business needs. Hunter also assists clients with export licensing for goods destined for customers in embargoed countries.

Hunter’s general corporate practice focuses on advising businesses regarding entity formation, corporate governance, commercial agreements and various transactional matters. Hunter’s healthcare practice focuses on advising healthcare providers and practices regarding regulatory, compliance, employment and general corporate and commercial matters, including structuring transactions to be in compliance with the Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law.

A Colorado native, Hunter is a graduate of the University of Colorado and the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and is admitted to practice in the state of Colorado.
